Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have not used your license to generate more than 2 reels
• Your request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment date

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@ameetpandey.in with:

• Subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
• Your registered email address
• Your Order ID (from your purchase confirmation email)
• Optional: reason for refund (helps us improve)

We will process your request within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method via Cashfree Payments.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 7-day window has passed
• The license has been used to generate more than 2 reels
• The account was suspended or revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service

Cancellations

Since ameetbuilds Studio is a one-time lifetime license (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Once purchased, you retain access for the operational lifetime of the product.

If you no longer wish to use the platform, no action is needed — your account simply remains inactive.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive a license key, email us immediately at hello@ameetpandey.in. We will verify and either complete your access or issue a full refund within 2 business days.
