1. Who We Are

ameetbuilds Studio ("Studio", "we", "our") is operated by Amit Pandey, an individual based at D2 Sector 56 Noida, 201301, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact: hello@ameetpandey.in | +91 9670006261.

2. Lifetime License

When you purchase access to ameetbuilds Studio, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to use the platform for your personal or business content creation. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the product — we will give at least 90 days' notice before discontinuing the service.

There is no recurring subscription. You pay once and get access for as long as the platform runs.

3. License Key

Upon successful payment and email confirmation, you will receive a unique license key. This key is tied to your email address and cannot be transferred. Do not share your license key.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your card details. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

The price you pay is locked at the tier available when you sign up (Founding Member, Early Adopter, or Beta Member). Prices for future purchasers may be higher.

You may use the Studio to create content for your own social media accounts. You may not:

You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Studio. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the product.

7. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Studio is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
