1. Who We Are

ameetbuilds Studio is operated by Amit Pandey, D2 Sector 56 Noida, 201301, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this platform.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or purchase a license
• Name — optional, provided when you sign up
• Phone / WhatsApp number — optional, provided at checkout confirmation
• Payment data — order amount and tier; we do not store card details (processed by Cashfree)
• UTM parameters — source, medium, campaign if you arrive via a tracked link
• Usage data — number of reels generated, token balance, feature usage (no content is stored)
• Contact messages — name, email, and message when you use the contact form

3. How We Use Your Data

• To manage your waitlist position and communicate your access slot
• To process your payment and issue a license key
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, welcome, license delivery)
• To provide support when you contact us
• To track platform usage for product improvement (aggregated, never sold)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis (Indian IT Act)

We process your data under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Our lawful bases are: (a) performance of a contract — to fulfil your purchase; (b) legitimate interest — product analytics and fraud prevention; (c) consent — marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Payment processing is handled by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment aggregator. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Each processor has their own privacy policy and security standards.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until 12 months after the last contact. User profiles and license data are kept for the lifetime of the product plus 3 years for tax / legal purposes. Contact messages are kept for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use only essential, functional cookies (e.g., authentication session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. UTM parameters from URLs are stored in your waitlist record to understand which marketing channels work.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email

9. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — license key authentication is used instead. Database access is restricted to server-side API routes using a service-role key; no client has direct database access. We conduct periodic security reviews.

10. Children's Privacy

ameetbuilds Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
